How do I use Fabric mask?
- Wash the fabric mask not protective disposable mask when you first receive it.
- Insert a filter into the inner surface of your fabric mask.
- Pull the mask straps around your ears, for disposable, fabric, protective and medical masks.
- Replace the filter, wash the cloth mask after use, and let it dry completely before the next use.
Is it mandatory to use a filter with Fabric mask?
It depends on the use case. Using a filter will provide extra protection such as against polluted air particles.
What are the specifications of the filters?
This is a general-purpose mask kit and not a medical device. The filters included are tested to block >=95%. Efficiency of filtration will rely on a good fit of the mask.
Can I use my own filters with the mask?
Yes, as long as the filter fits into the compartment of the mask. In such case, the filtration capability will depend on the specification of your own filter.
When should I wear a mask?
Authorities are suggesting everyone to wear a mask outdoor, in a public place or exposed to others. Encouraging individuals to wear masks or homemade face coverings in public settings. Wearing a mask can prevent asymptomatically infected persons from spreading disease in public.

This product is highly personal and cannot be refunded, returned, exchanged, or fixed for any reason.
Is Fabric mask one size fits all?
One size fits most adults. You may secure the mask with a clip (not included) behind your head if the mask fits too loosely.
How many times can I use a filter?
The cloth mask can be washed and reused as long as it fits your face. Depending on the usage and surroundings exposed to, we recommend our filters to be replaced within 14 days after under ordinary daily use.
Are these masks 100% safe to use since they are made in China? Canada? Hong Kong?
Yes, they are 100% safe to use. We are working with a trusted supplier from three different locations who has inspected the factory where they are manufactured and packaged for us. It is a fully licensed, certified, sterile environment, so they are guaranteed to be clean and without dust, mold, bacteria, etc. We have copies of the license and quality test reports and can provide them on request.
If you are concerned about getting COVID19 from someone handling the mask in China, don’t be, the virus can only survive for a short time outside of the body, usually only a few hours and three days at the very most, so it is impossible to get the virus from a mask that was packaged weeks ago.
